What: Silent auction of items left to us by MINUSMA (see detailed list below)
Where: Auction bid sheets will be in the Atrium. Auction items will be available for viewing under a staging tent located between the soccer field and the warehouse.
When: Wednesday, July 24th,10am-2pm
Why: To benefit CLO so we can offer you more!
How: Silent auction bid sheets will be placed in the Atrium between 10am-3pm for each of the items along with a minimum bid amount. Any USDH and their EFMs are eligible to bid. To bid, write your name and bid amount on the sheet. To outbid someone else’s prior bid, write your name and an amount that is higher by at least the minimum increase amount listed on the sheet. You may bid as many times as you want throughout the day. You may bid on as many items as you would like. Items will be auctioned “as is” and we don’t know if everything works. You may not remove any items from the staging tents before the auction, during the auction, or before you have paid for them. At 2pm, bid sheets will be removed. Winners will be notified by COB on Wednesday, July 24th.
Other important information: Winners must pay for their items in CFA in the CLO office by 10am on Thursday, July 25th. Any unpaid items will be re-auctioned on Thursday, July 25th from 11-1 in the Atrium. Winners must retrieve their items by COB on Friday, July 26th. If needed, GSO will deliver items to you for a fee. Any items not retrieved by COB on Friday, July 26th will be forfeited into the next GSO auction. Any items that did not meet the minimum bid amount will be forfeited into the next GSO auction.
